Grades
Carbon black grades are commonly referenced by ASTM-style N-series classifications. Selection depends on application requirements such as reinforcement, abrasion resistance, dispersion behavior, and processing.
Reinforcing grades
- High surface area and structure for strong reinforcement
- Typical use: tire treads, high-performance rubber compounds
General-purpose grades
- Balanced properties for broad rubber applications
- Typical use: sidewalls, hoses, belts, molded goods
Low-structure grades
- Processing-friendly behavior with controlled reinforcement
- Typical use: inner liners and specialty rubber/plastics
Conductive / antistatic options
- Application-dependent electrical functionality
- Typical use: cable compounds and ESD-sensitive polymers
Color & UV performance
- Black coloration and UV protection for polymers
- Typical use: films, pipes, outdoor plastics
RFQ essentials
- Grade reference, quantity, packaging, destination, incoterms
- Target properties and end-use/application context
Industries
Carbon black is used across tire, rubber, plastics, coatings, and functional applications. Share your use-case and we’ll align grade, packaging, and documentation.
Tire manufacturing
- Tread, sidewall, inner liner, bead compounds
- Passenger, truck, OTR and specialty tires
Rubber goods (MRG)
- Hoses, belts, seals, gaskets, vibration mounts
- Targets: tensile, tear, abrasion, fatigue resistance
Plastics & polymers
- Masterbatches, films, pipes, profiles, molded parts
- Coloring, UV protection, conductive/ESD options
Cable & wire
- Insulation, jacketing, semi-conductive layers
- Electrical and dispersion requirements
Inks & coatings
- Printing inks, industrial coatings, toners
- Color strength and process consistency
ESD & functional
- Antistatic / conductive compounds (application-dependent)
- Documentation support: SDS / CoA on request
Logistics
We coordinate procurement and delivery planning for carbon black shipments across GCC and international routes. Lead times depend on grade, origin, packaging, and documentation requirements.
Packaging options
- Standard bags (typical 20–25 kg) and jumbo bags (application-dependent)
- Containerized logistics aligned to availability
Incoterms support
- Common trade terms (e.g., FOB, CFR, CIF) where applicable
- Clear documentation flow for smooth clearance
Documentation
- SDS and CoA available on request for supplied products
- Commercial invoice, packing list, shipment references
Supply planning
- Regular procurement cycles for repeat customers
- Advance booking recommended for tighter schedules
Destinations
- Oman and GCC distribution with global sourcing support
- Route selection aligned to cost, time, and compliance
RFQ checklist
- Grade, quantity, packaging, destination, incoterms
- End-use/application and documentation requirements
